Ralph V. Estep, Jr.


The principal at Saggio Management Group, Inc., Ralph V. Estep, Jr. is a graduate of St. Mark’s High School in Newark, Delaware. Mr. Estep attended the University of Nebraska where he was a member of the Cornhusker Marching Band performing at the Florida Citrus Bowl in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Estep is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Mr. Estep is also a graduate of Wilmington University where he earned a Master’s in Business Administration. Mr. Estep is a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society. Mr. Estep is a member of the National Society of Public Accountants and holds the professional designations of Licensed Public Accountant, Accredited Business Accountant, Accredited Tax Advisor, Accredited Tax Preparer, and Internal Revenue Service Registered Tax Preparer. Mr. Estep is a graduated of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training Program and has worked as a mentor in the Junior Achievement program. Mr. Estep’s financial experience includes work as the Chief Financial Officer of Westminster Presbyterian Church where he managed all of the financial operations of the organization including preparation of financial reports, tax reports, and trust entity reporting. Mr. Estep installed and implemented an electronic reporting mechanism at the church which streamlined the entire financial system of the organization and resulted in more accurate and efficient financial reporting. Mr. Estep joined American Spirit Federal Credit Union in Newark, Delaware as a staff accountant and was later promoted to Vice President of Financial and Lending Operations and finally to Executive Vice President of the 10,000 member, $42 million dollar credit union. Mr. Estep was an architect of the community charter that the credit union was granted in 1999 and worked with Fiserv in building a complete in-house financial management system for the credit union. During his tenure at the credit union, Mr. Estep was elected Treasurer of the Delaware Credit Union League Credit Union Services Organization (DELCU Financial Services, LLC) and President of the Delaware Association for Bank Security where he worked with all size financial institutions in preventing losses, mitigating risks, and increasing profitability. Mr. Estep also joined the Newark Rotary Club and was awarded the Rookie Rotarian of the Year award for his service in increasing Rotarian communication via the internet. Mr. Estep joined the law firm of Morris, James, Hitchens and Williams as the firm controller. This 55 member law firm is located in Wilmington, Delaware and has satellite offices all over the State of Delaware. At the law firm, Mr. Estep worked with the management committee in improving the firms overall use of technology and internal controls and communication. He developed a comprehensive firm Intranet that allows all employees to directly interact with the accounting department without the need for paper. This increased the responsiveness of the accounting department and made the interactions with the attorneys more efficient. He also worked to re-write the firm’s antiquated policy manuals and procedures and built a world-class internal control plan for use across the entire firm. Mr. Estep joined Aftech, A Fiserv resource that builds solutions for financial, insurance, and other business entities all over the world. Mr. Estep joined Aftech to improve client relationships and reestablish the mechanisms used for communicating with clients. Through his efforts the client communications system was completely renovated and Mr. Estep was recognized by Fiserv for superior performance. During his time at Aftech, Mr. Estep was able to redesign the technical support department of the organization and worked firm wide improving management performance with the goal of balancing the profitability of the firm with the positive relationship with credit union clients all over the United States. Mr. Estep returned to the field of Public Accounting in 2003 and established The Estep Group, Public Accounting firm in Townsend, Delaware. Mr. Estep developed a client base of several hundred business and individual accounting clients where he worked in all aspects of financial reporting, tax preparation, and consultation. Mr. Estep developed a world-class technology accounting practice utilizing the latest in cloud technology and a completely paperless office. Mr. Estep later moved the practice to Smyrna, Delaware and re-branded it as Saggio Management Group and Saggio Accounting+PLUS. Mr. Estep founded Virtuale Success, Inc., in early 2010 to share the cloud service he had developed with his client base. He worked with several Silicon Valley technology professionals in developing a best in class cloud services platform. This platform provided clients with a turn-key virtual computer desktop and access to the premier software offerings. In 2013, Mr. Estep partnered with another Silicon Valley technology pioneer and launched Capital Cloud Solutions to bring the latest and most comprehensive cloud technology to clients throughout the United States. Capital Cloud Solutions offers both Citrix and RDP based cloud platforms to clients seeking the flexibility of cloud computing and the security of data management in a Tier 3 data center. Mr. Estep is married to Jennifer Estep and has two sons. Mr. Estep maintains leadership in his accounting practice and cloud computing businesses.
